Funeral Services for Bob Linton Bullock, age 62 of Houston, formerly of Livingston will be held Friday, February 24, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Dale Siegler and Rev. James Solomon officiating. Pallbearers are Alfred Poncho, Travis Poncho, Jr., Waylan Thompson, Jerrod Thompson, Stuart Celestine, and Larry Langley. Honorary Pallbearers are Sam Laredo, Larry D. Williams, Aron Abbey, Victor Thompson, Lloyd Thompson, and Woody Williams.

He was born October 25, 1949 in Livingston to parents, Wallace Bullock and Bessie Mae (Thompson) Bullock and passed away on February 20, 2012 in Houston. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wallace Bullock and Bessie Mae (Thompson) Bullock and his brother, Norrie Thompson.

Bob attended school and graduated from the Haskell Indian University in Lawrence, Kansas. He later met the love of his life and married Verna Celestine on February 17, 1973 in Livingston, Texas. They later moved to Houston and Bob worked as a Telephone Technician for AT&T for thirty-four years until he retired in 2008. He was member of the First Indian Baptist Church of Houston.

He is survived by his wife, Verna Bullock of Houston; son, Jon Bullock of Houston; son and daughter-in-law, Nicholas Anton and Aretha Bullock of Houston; son, Dale Alexander Bullock of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; son, Nathaniel Mikkosi Bullock of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; grandson, Caleb Anton Bullock of Houston; one grandchild on the way; sister and brother-in-law, Annise and Bill Wise of Livingston; brother, Michael Bullock of Livingston; sister and brother-in-law, Abilene and Austin Johnson of Livingston; sister, Myra Battise of Livingston. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
