Funeral services Bobby Joe Lowe. 88, of Livingston, Texas will be held Monday, April 27, 2026, at 2:30 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Randall Lowe officiating. Interment will follow at the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 1:30-2:30 p.m., at the funeral home.
