Funeral services for Bobby Wayne Phillips, Jr., 58, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Alta Loma Cemetery located at 6709 Avenue L, Santa Fe, Texas 77510.

Mr. Phillips was born January 18, 1963 in Galveston, Texas, to his parents, Bobby Wayne Phillips, Sr. and Lu Ann (Clark) Phillips, and passed away November 11, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lu Ann Yates; and brother, Buddy Phillips.

Mr. Phillips is survived by his fiancé, Denise Salisbury; son, Shane Hawkins; son and daughter-in-law, Jandy and Stephanie Phillips; daughter and son-in-law, Mandy Phillips and Taylor Laxson; numerous stepchildren and adopted children; grandchildren, Tristan Morin, Jadyn Phillips, Kaiden Laxson, Brianna Williams, Rodney Chantail, Amie Connor and numerous other adopted grandchildren; father and mom, Bobby Sr. and Janice Phillips; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Bo Taylor, and Angela and Victor Almendarez; sisters, Vanessa Richardson and Penni Nesmith; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Jo Phillips, Steven and Shelly Phillips, Michael and Adria Phillips; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
