Funeral services for Boyce Eugene Burress, Sr., age 84, of Dallas will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Blanchard Baptist Church in Livingston with Rev. Royce Pennington officiating. Interment will be Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 1:30 PM in the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas.

He was born December 17, 1926 in Jonesboro, Arkansas the son of Milford Burress and Cathie May Stovall Burress and passed away December 18, 2010 in Dallas, Texas.

Boyce is survived by his son, Boyce E. Burress, Jr. of Dallas, Texas, 2 daughters, Judy Barber of Lake Shawdood Woods, Texas and Cheryl Lapaglia of The Woodlands, Texas, 2 brothers, Milford Stovall Burress of Belton, Texas and Tom Burress of Moody, Texas, sister, Cathie Lewis of Bradenton, Florida, 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
