Brad Arthur Bartlett was born May 24, 1968, in Denton, Texas and passed away on August 6, 2026, in Houston Texas. He was preceded by his father Harold Eugene Bartlett and Grandparents Lee Wicker Bartlett and Lillie Mearle (Jenkins) Bartlett, James Arthur Vencill Sr. and Evelyn F. (Browning) Vencill.
Brad, who was honest and hard working, spent his whole life loving his family and friends. He was a very talented custom builder, a great problem solver, a huge connoisseur of good food, and enjoyed music of past and present. He loved to be outdoors every minute possible, but his favorite was the time he spent on the beach. Brad was interested in classic cars and trucks and lived to ride his motorcycle. He was also a gun enthusiast and strongly believed in second amendment rights
Brad is survived by his wife, Crystal Bartlett; son, Brett Arthur Bartlett; mother, Evelyn Vencill Bartlett; brother, Darren Bartlett; sister, Debra Bartlett; brother, Mark Bartlett; nephews, Willy Walke, Jeff Walke, Darren Bartlett Jr., Chris Mize and wife Ayla, J Mize and wife Taylor, Michael Mize and wife Belinda, Caleb Bartlett, and Sam Bartlett; niece, Rachel Bonner; great nieces and nephews, Rylee, Noah, Grayson, Wyatt, Josie, Hudson, CJ, and Cooper; many in-laws starting with Daniel & Betty Henderson of whom all loved him very much; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will host a memorial service in Brad’s honor at a later date.
