Ms. Brandy Kaye Singer, 41, of Shepherd, Texas was born April 22, 1978 in Houston, Texas to parents, William Leroy Smith Jr. and Kayla Geraldine (Barnes) Singer Scott, and passed away November 4, 2019 in Houston, Texas.

Brandy is survived by her mother and step-father, Kayla and Kenneth Scott of Goodrich; father, William Smith of Spring; brothers, Dewey Scott of Cleveland, Aaron Scott of Houston, and Donnie Scott of Splendora; sister, Patricia Nugent and husband, Doug of Cleveland; and grandmother, Patsy Medford of Livingston; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
