Brian was born January 23, 1978 in Houston, Texas and passed away June 2, 2025 in Houston. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest Joe Palmer and Priscilla Ruth (Morris) Marshall; and baby daddy-in-law, Arnold Lee Coker Jr.

He is survived by his son and future daughter-in-law, Cameron Palmer and Caity Garcia; daughter, Donella Coker; mother-in-law; Tammy Spore; brother-in-law, Karl Spore and wife, Lauren; aunt, Lyn Beal Evenson; and mother of his son, Tasha Spore; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will be hosting a memorial service in Brian's honor Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Shrimp Boat Manny's in Livingston, Texas.
