Graveside services for Brian Earl Slayden, 62, of Coldspring, Texas, will be held Friday, June 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Farley Chapel Cemetery in Shepherd, Texas.

Brian was born September 18, 1959 in Houston, Texas, to grandparents who raised him, Earl and Dessie Carter, and passed away June 1, 2022 in Coldspring, Texas. He is preceded in death by his grandparents.

Brian is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Schawn and Andrea Slayden of Coldspring, Texas and Schevie and Macy Slayden of Goodrich, Texas; grandchildren, Aiden Slayden, Elena Slayden, Gavin Slayden, Aubrey Slayden, and Schayne Slayden; and mother of his children, Rebecca Dupree; along with many other relatives and friends.
