A Celebration of Life for Brian "Shorty Small" Kelly, 56, of Onalaska, Texas will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at the Impala Woods Pavilion by the boat ramp in Onalaska, Texas.

Shorty was born October 27, 1964 in Plattsburg, New York to parents, Warren Robert Kelly and JoAnn Ethel (Mulholland) Kelly, and passed away July 24, 2021 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents. During his life, Shorty was an avid motorcycle rider, mechanic, and collector. His life-long passion was Jezebel, his Harley Davidson, but his big heart, infections laugh and humor, although sometimes inappropriate, is how most will remember him.

He is survived by his daughter, Champayne "Sweet Pea" Manning of Western Grove, Arkansas; grandsons, Lucas Kelly and Mason Manning; granddaughter, Savannah Manning; brother, James  Kelly of Onalaska, Texas; sisters, Shelena Smith of Rogers Arkansas, Karen Kelly of Crockett, Texas, and little sister, Georgette Dufour of  Glenwood, Arkansas; nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
