Obituary
Funeral services for Butch Riendeau, 71, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Monday, May 25, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Steve Waldrep officiating. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Monday, May 25, 2015 beginning at 12:00 p.m. until service begins in Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Mr. Riendeau was born January 6, 1944 in Central Falls, Rhode Island to parents, Omer Riendeau and Leona (Larosee) Riendeau, and passed away May 21, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. During his life, Butch served his country in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. He was also a longshoreman at the Port of Houston for 29 years. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Claire Choiniere; granddaughter, Brandi Riendeau; and grandson, T. Mike Benoit.
He is survived by his wife, Janis Riendeau of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Angela Riendeau of Mt. Belvieu, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Shannon Riendeau of Goodrich, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Marshall and Stacy Riendeau of Crosby, Texas; daughter, Michelle Keith of Livingston, Texas; sister, Rita Pina of Pawtucket, Rhode Island; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Christy Ridgeway, Shelly Auzenne, Scott Gonzales, Desire McPike, Michael Riendeau, Chelsea Riendeau, Ciara Riendeau, Abby McGriff, Kandice Riendeau, Cody Riendeau, Jade Garcia, Mattheu Lockhart, Tyler Lockhart, Coby Riendeau, Connor Riendeau, Ashton Wheatfall, Cadance Ridgeway, Dage Riendeau, Ava Auzenne, Aramen Auzenne; his dogs, Lola, Pup and Hot Rod; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
