He was born October 7, 1989 in Galveston, Texas the son of Gary Maze and Tanya Kelley and passed away December 11, 2011 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Tanya Kelley.
Caleb is survived by his Father and Step-Mother, Gary and Deborah Maze, Brother, Ethan Maze, Brother, Nolan Maze, Brother, Billy Burkes, Sister, Cayla Kelly, Step-Brother, Sam Johnson, Step-Sister, Christine Kuczewski. Numerous Other relatives and friends also survive.
