Carl Bailey Smith, Jr., 71, of Livingston, Texas was born September 21, 1953 in Longview, Texas and passed away March 31, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Bailey Smith and Ernestine Wyatt; and brothers, JC Smith and Carson Smith.

Carl is survived by his wife, Denise Smith of Livingston, Texas; sons, Timothy Smith and wife Tanya of Livingston, Texas, Hollis Roberson and wife Shelle of San Marcos, Texas, Christopher Smith of Livingston, Texas, David Smith and wife Katherine of Woodville, Texas, and Carson Smith and wife Tiffany of Carlisle, Texas; grandchildren, Trevor Smith, Zachary Roberson, Maggie Smith, Rose Crosby, Ashlyn Crosby, Bradley Crosby, Jinger Crosby, Landon Clark and Searra Clark; and sister, Linda Sweet of Lockhart, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will host a memorial visitation in Carl's honor Friday, April 4, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.
