Services for Carla Sue Busby, 69, of Livingston, Texas will be held Monday, April 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Beech Creek Assembly of God Church in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Don Goodwin and Pastor Keith Tucker officiating. Interment will follow at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held at the church on the day of service, from 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Carla was born July 10, 1954 in Duncan, Oklahoma and passed away April 1, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlton Glenn Edwards and Dossie Jurie (Bramblett) Edwards; and husband, David Glenn Busby, Sr.

She is survived by her son, David Glenn Busby, Jr and wife Shonnie of Spring, Texas; daughters, Mendy Davis and husband Nathan of Liberty, Texas, Carrie Busby of Livingston, Texas, Becky Flores and husband Jose of Dayton, Texas, and Alicia Herridge and husband Brandon of Corpus Christi, Texas; son, Josh Busby and wife Lindsey of Tomball, Texas; 18 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Edwards and wife Sharon of Elmore City, Oklahoma, Kenneth Edwards of Spearman, Texas, and John Edwards and wife Mary of Livingston, Texas; and sister, Lisa Trahan and husband Andy of Stinnett, Texas; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
