Memorial services for Carol Stephens Cooksey, 69, of Goodrich, Texas, will be held Saturday, June 13, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Carol Stephens Cooksey was born July 21, 1950, in Galveston, Texas, to parents, Homer Lee Stephens and Katherine Ruth (Kitchell) Stephens, and passed away June 4, 2020, in Goodrich, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father; brothers, Joe Stephens and Steve Stephens.

Mrs. Cooksey is survived by her husband, Roy Lee Cooksey, Jr. of Goodrich, Texas; daughters and sons-in laws, Dawn Roessler and Eddie of Goodrich, Texas, Crystal Green and Craig of San Antonio, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Quentin Severin and Stefanie of Santa Fe, Texas; grandchildren, Carson and Paige Roessler, Dustin and Taylor Tarnow, Dawson Roessler and Abbi, Sarah Severin, Lauren Severin, Riley Tarnow, Zane Pierce, Kacey Tarnow; and 1 great-grandbaby on the way; mother, Katherine Larsen of Texas City, Texas; sister, Linda Hughes also of Texas City, Texas along with other numerous relatives and friends.
