Carol L Matney's Obituary
Carol Lee Matney age 67 of Onalaska passed away Saturday April 10, 2010 in Lufkin. Graveside services will be Friday April 16, 2010 at 1:00PM in the Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe.
Carol was born October 10, 1942 in Peoria, Illinois to parents Darrell Anderson and Wanda June Vermillion Anderson. She was a avid bunko player with her friends.
She preceded in death by her parents, brother Edward James Daehlin, and son Billy Raymond Cook Jr.
Carol is survived by her companion Michael Matney of Onalaska, daughters Toni Helton of Lake Jackson, Shirley Grezjka of Onalaska, Michelle Rene Akens, son John Eric Cook of Casar Grande, AR., brothers Rusty Cook of Austin, Jim Bartman of Texoma, David Cook of Willis, Marshall Cook of Houston, and sister Joyce Highsaw of Cut N Shoot. She is also survived by her grandchildren Alexis, Amanda, Barbara, Joshua, Jacob, Brenda, Stormi, Kacie, Jay, Austin, and Savannah, and 13 great grandchildren.
