Funeral services for Catherine Holbrook, 90, of Point Blank, Texas, will be held Friday, October 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas. Interment will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2017 in the Brookside Cemetery in Houston, Texas.

Mrs. Holbrook was born May 28, 1927 in Akron, Ohio to parents, George Reining and Bertha (Klabbatz) Reining, and passed away October 18, 2017 in Onalaska, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sons, Robert John Holbrook and George Wayne Holbrook.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Holbrook of Point Blank, Texas; son, Ross Holbrook and wife, Kandes of Nacogdoches, Texas; daughter, Kathy Douglas and husband, Walt of Onalaska, Texas; granddaughter, Lyndsay Holbrook of Spring, Texas; grandson, Jeremy Holbrook and wife, Chelsea of Baytown, Texas; grandson, Robert John Holbrook and wife, Allyson of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; granddaughter, Angel Hoot and husband, Chris of Cypress; daughter-in-law, Stephanie Holmes of Cypress, Texas; brother, John Reining and wife, Arneta of Pecatonica, Illinois; and great-grandchildren, Maelynn, Camden, and Aubree; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
