Ceburn Belcher, aged 92, of Livingston, Texas, passed away on November 8, 2025. Born on February 11, 1933, in Conroe, Texas, Ceburn was a beloved member of his community and family. He was a veteran of the United States Army and had a passion for fishing and watching football.

Ceburn is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Belcher; son, Michael Belcher; parents, Joseph and Vada Belcher; sister, Lois Jane Belcher; and brothers, Harvey Ray Belcher, Buddy Belcher and wife Donna, and Louis "Totsy" Erwin Belcher.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Courtney and Tamara Belcher of Onalaska, Texas;  grandchildren, Robert Belcher of Tigard, Oregon, Gayle Belcher and partner Lore LeCerc of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and Brian Belcher; great-grandchildren, Abigail and Gracelynn Clark; brothers, Donald Belcher and wife Gaye of Castroville, Texas, Larry Belcher of Runge, Texas, and Glenn Thomas Belcher of Port Aransas, Texas; nieces, Janell Belcher, Becky Stevens and husband Phil, Cara Howell and husband Charles, Tammy Jow Wilson and husband Dana, Connie Jo Day, Sabrina Belcher, and Brenda Gay and Joe Plummer; nephews, Robert Belcher and wife Alana, Randy Belcher and wife Duilia, Wesley Belcher and wife Melissa, and Aaron Belcher and wife Addie; and great-niece, Bailey Rodriguez; as well as numerous other friends and loved ones.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for any condolences to be made in the form of donations to the Shriner's Pediatric Burn Care hospital in Galveston, Texas.
