Obituary

Cecil Raymond Dale, 73, formerly of Middlefield, Ohio passed away on May 28th at this home in Shepherd, Texas. Cecil was one of nine children born to Ruth and Charles Dale of Middlefield.

Cecil served our country with the United States Marine Corps, form 1953-1956, with Company A 1st Tank Battalion, 1st Marine Division, in Guadalcanal during the Korean War. He was also a member of the Trumball County Marine Corps League Rifle Club-DET 958. Cecil was an avid reader and hunter; he followed the USMC Code of Conduct ""Semper Fi"".

Cecil was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Ruth, sisters, Lottie Kuzmaul and Laverne Miller, brothers, Glen Dale and Elvin (Bud) Dale.

He leaves his memories to daughters: Sherrill Beasley, and husband Michael of Willoughby, Robin DiSanto and husband Tim Sykes, of Norton, Tracey Dale-Reeves and husband Timothy, of Shepherd, Texas, Jennifer Dickerson and husband Gary of Houston.

Grandchildren include: Stacie Kiggins of Ark., Shawn Duck, David Krebbs, J.J. DiSanto all of Ohio, Amanda Kidd, Jessica, Tyler, and Kayla Schlittenhardt, of Texas and 5, Great-Grandchildren,

Along with brothers: Arthur Dale and wife Mabel, of Middlefield, Charles (Butch) Dale of Hiram, sisters: Edith Richmond of Ashtabula, and Peggy Komandt of Warren. Numerous nieces, nephews, other family and abundance of friends.

A memorial service will be held on June 14th, at the 1st Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Sam Steele officiating, interment in Shepherd, Texas.
