A Celebration of Life gathering for Cecil Eugene Williams, 65, of Onalaska, Texas will be held from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Panhead Soil located at 8771 Hwy 190 West in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Williams was born on September 29, 1952 in Austin, Texas to parents, Jessie Williams and Dorothy Harris, and passed away May 4, 2018 in Livingston, Texas. During his life, Cecil owned A&C Lawn Service in Onalaska. He also worked for Lake Livingston Gold Cars, Panhead Soil, and Lake Livingston Water Supply. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Donald Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Barry of Onalaska; daughter and son-in-law, Alysia and Joel Miller of Atascocita; grandchildren, Laci Washington, Rylee Rhodes, and Cayden Miller; sons, Matthew Wallace of Texas and Christopher Williams of Missouri; sisters, Wanda Williams-Seeley of Onalaska, Texas, Patricia Rayburn of Texas, and Mary Woodard of Texas; and dogs, Pepper and Tila; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
