Mrs. Cecilia Lynn Badgerow, 73, of Onalaska, Texas was born November 16, 1947 in Texarkana, Texas to parents, Eldon Glass and Evelyn (Lollar) Glass, and passed away January 16, 2021 in Onalaska, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Lynn hailed from Dekalb, Texas. She moved to Harris County in 1970 and attended the University of Houston. She worked in the legal field in Houston, Texas for over 15 years. She and her husband, John moved to Onalaska, Texas in 1989, when they purchased Lakeside RV Resort and Marina. She was a member of the Onalaska Church of Christ and very active in youth activities at the church. While helping the children at the church, she realized that there was an even larger need in the community to help the children of Polk and surrounding counties. Lynn opened the Kids Free Clothing Exchange Inc. in 2002 and what started as a dream and a donation of kids clothes, quickly blossomed into a local children's clothing charity that is still operating today. Lynn was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend and advocate. She will be greatly missed by all.

She is survived by her husband, John Badgerow of Onalaska; son, James Knotts of Houston; daughter, Melissa Claunch and husband, Robert of Pearland; sisters, Amelia Watson and husband, Don of Dekalb, and Nynvah White and husband, Carrol of Dekalb; and granddaughters, Ashlyn Claunch, Lauren Claunch, and Elizabeth Knotts; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Due to current health concerns, a celebration of Lynn's life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Lynn's name to the Kids Free Clothing Exchange, Inc.
