Graveside services for Cesar Hernandez Romero, 58, of Livingston, Texas will be held Friday, April 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 2:00-9:00 p.m., with Rosary at 6:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Cesar was born January 8, 1967 in Torreon Coah, Mexico and passed away April 15, 2025 in Conroe, Texas. He was preceded by his parents, Jesus Hernandez and Ana Maria Romero; sister, Norma Hernandez; and brother, Miguel Hernandez.

He is survived by his daughter, Viridiana Salcido of Mexico; sons, Tadeo Flores of Mexico, Jair Mendez of New Hampshire, and Cesar Hernandez Jr. of New Caney, Texas; daughters, Vanessa Hernandez and Reyna Hernandez, both of Livingston, Texas; brother, Jesus Hernandez and Norma of Mexico; sisters, Ana Hernandez and Luis of Mexico and Alma Rosa Hernandez and Rene of Livingston, Texas; brother, Sergio Hernandez and Fatima of Livingston, Texas; sisters, Aurora Hernandez and Matias, and Marisa Hernandez and Admilcar, all of Livingston, Texas; brother, Ernesto Hernandez and Silvia of Livingston, Texas; and grandsons, Julio Cesar Hernandez and Jianni Alexander Hernandez; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
