Funeral services for Chad Hambrick, age 45 of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 5, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Rev. James Frazier will conduct the services. Pallbearers are: Vernon Wooley, Terry Timmons, John Haynes, Tony Frazier, Keith Lemons, Bubba Jackson, Gary Cook, Ken Baker, Todd Ibison, Willie Vestal, Henry Howard and Steve McLaurin. Honorary pallbearers are all of Eastex Telephone employees. Following the chapel service, interment will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston.
Chad was born on November 18, 1966, in Lufkin, Texas, to parents, Kenneth Franklin Hambrick and Cheryl Lynn Freeman Hambrick. He passed away on August 2, 2012, in Houston, Texas. Chad was an avid golfer and loved to hunt and fish. He was a beloved son, brother and an awesome dad.
Chad is survived by his son, Andrew Hambrick of Bedias; mother and step-father, Cheryl and James ""Rick"" Liljequist of Livingston; father and step-mother, Kenneth and Brenda Hambrick of Goodrich; sister and brother-in-law, Jeri and Rocky Smith of Kountze; special friend, Terri Hambrick of Livingston; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
The family says a special thanks to Eastex Telephone and their employees for all their love and support which went beyond anything that words can express.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel.
