Chance Payton Davis, 42, of Livingston, Texas was born December 10, 1979 in Houston, Texas, to parents, Vernon Eugene Davis and Cynthia Joyce (Weiss) Davis, and passed away December 19, 2021 in League City, Texas. He is preceded in death by his sister, Liberty Davis and grandfather, Fred Weiss.

He is survived by his grandmother, Mattie Weiss of Livingston, Texas; mother, Cynthia Davis of Livingston, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Gena Davis-Shorb and Thom Shorb of Katy, Texas; niece, Farrah Davis of Livingston, Texas; nephews, Nathaniel Shorb and Mathew Shorb both of Katy, Texas; along with numerous great aunts, great uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
