Graveside services for Charles Dwayne Anderson, 87, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas with Susan Rouse officiating. Military Honors will be provided by VFW Post #8568.

Mr. Anderson passed away on October 28, 2018 at the age of 87 years in a Houston Hospice. He lived in Carriage Inn in Huntsville, Texas. He was born on February 7, 1931 in Willard, New Mexico. Chuck retired from Phillips Petroleum Company. He served as a Paratrooper in the Army during the Korean War.

He is preceded in death by Patricia Westerfield. He is survived by his son, Harold Anderson and Debbie; son, Noel Anderson and Michelle; step-daughter, Susan Rouse and Dan; grandchildren, Lisha, Everett, Brian, and Nathan; 4 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
