Charles Lloyd Coffin, Sr., age 87, of Montgomery, Texas, passed away on March 28, 2013 in Livingston, Texas. Charles was born in Waltham, Massachusetts, on November 24, 1925, to parents, Lorne and Mildred McClelland Coffin.

Charles is preceded in death by both of his parents; first wife, Christine Coffin; second wife, Lucille Coffin; and daughter, Deborah McCloud. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Christine and Mike Kelsch, of Virginia; daughter and son-in-law, Dianne and William Miller, of Ohio; son and daughter-in-law, Charles, Jr. and Nora Coffin, of Georgia; son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Julie Coffin, of Montgomery, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Pete and Michele Coffin, of Livingston, Texas; seventeen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and brother, Danny Coffin, of Houston, Texas.

A memorial service for Charles Lloyd Coffin, Sr. will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at 2:00 PM, at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. Bro. Tim Thompson will be officiating the service. Military Honors will be provided by VFW Honor Guard Post #8568.
