Charles J. Cooper, Sr.'s Obituary
Funeral services for Charles J. Cooper Sr., 88, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. Toni Atkinson officiating. Interment will follow in the Bold Springs Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Monday, May 4, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas.
Mr. Cooper was born February 20, 1927 in Abilene, Texas to parents, Charles W. Cooper and Junita (Sedberry) Cooper, and passed away April 30, 2015 in Onalaska, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Jacky Cooper; brother, Billy Cooper; and sister, Janice Weldon.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice Cooper of Onalaska, Texas; sons, Rocky Cooper of South Africa, Ricky Cooper of Hempstead, Texas, Mark Cooper of Onalaska, Texas, and Charles J. Cooper of Dayton, Texas; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
