Charles Eldridge Tucker 73 of Onalaska passed away February 1st 2009 in Houston. Funeral services will be 2:00PM Wednesday February 4, 2009 in the Revival Center Church of God with Rev. Gerald Reeves officiating. Burial will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday February 3, 2009 from 5:00PM until 9:00PM also in the Revival Center Church Of God.

Charles was born September 26, 1936 in Clawson, Texas to parents Leander Tucker and Iva Baker Tucker. He married Jo Ann Dudley Tucker on March 3, 1956 in Baytown.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandson Charles Thomas Wilkerson, ands sisters Elda Duzant, Velda Haffelfinger, Betty Nelson and Laverne Tucker.

Charles is survived by his wife Jo Ann Tucker of Onalaska, sons Ricky Tucker and wife Janet of Baytown, Kelley Tucker and wife Marianne of Baytown, and daughter Toni Hislope and husband Jerry of Onalaska, brothers Bob Tucker and husband Mary of Lufkin, Frank Tucker and wife Elaine of Katy, and Bill Tucker and wife Jessica of Baytown, sisters Iva Lee Griffith of Baytown, and Nell Coker and husband James of Nacogdoches. He is also survived by his grandchildren Jennifer Huckaby and husband Curtis, Emily McClendon and husband Bobby, Jared Tucker and wife Kristi, and Katie Tucker, great grandchildren Brendan, Bryce, and Brooklyn Huckaby.
