Memorial services for Charles Howard Gokey, 87, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, February 1, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Leo Purcell officiating. Military honors provided by VFW Post #8568. Interment will be in the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Gokey was born September 19, 1927 in Flordia to parents, Charles Ray Gokey and Mae (Harrison) Gokey, and passed away January 27, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Gokey of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Charlotte Treadway of Livingston, Texas; grandsons, Jere Warren and Tish, Andrew Treadway, and Allen Treadway all of Livingston, Texas; great-grandson, Mason Wayne Warren of Livingston, Texas; brother, Bobby Gokey, Sr. of Goodrich, Texas; brother, Curtis Gokey and Gwen of Livingston, Texas; sister-in-law, Evelyn Manning of Beaumont, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
