Funeral services for Charles Edward Johnson, 72, of Conroe, Texas, will be held Friday, June 5, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Don Wilkey officiating. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, June 5, 2015 beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service begins in Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Mr. Johnson was born November 18, 1942 in West Monroe, Louisiana to parents, Beauregard Lincoln Johnson and Mary Lou (Clark) Johnson, and passed away June 1, 2015 in The Woodlands, Texas. During his life, he was known as "Goodtime Charlie." He was always a wonderful husband and father who took good care of his family. Charles was very committed to his family. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Judy Ann Johnson; daughter, Cynthia Jean Smith; sister, Patsy Zuber; and grandchild, Aron Smith.
He is survived by his daughter, Charliss Ann Johnson of Spring, Texas; son, Charles Jeff Johnson of Conroe, Texas; grandchildren, Curt Christopher Smith, Casey Nicole King, Dean Edward Johnson, Amauri Elledge; great-grandchildren, Evelyn Miranda King, and Baby K; life partner and children, Lucy Lane "Mama Lucy", Eddie Moore, Herman Snoe, and Sally Taylor; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
