Funeral services for Charles Elbert Lowe, 80, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Kevin Hendrix officiating.  Interment will follow in the Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Segno, Texas.  Visitation will be Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Charles Elbert Lowe entered the presence of GOD on June 18th 2022 at the age of 80. He was born January 25th 1942 in Romayor Texas. He was the fourth of six children born to Roy and Nettie Lowe and the last one of his siblings to make heaven his home.  He worked hard & loved working in the oil fields. Pump jack rigs were a site to behold in his eyes!!  Charlie never met a stranger because somehow or someway, he was probably related to you. He remembered dates like no other!  He could tell you birthdays, anniversaries, etc of so many family members & friends. He was a mess, to say the least! He loved his family & friends dearly and will be missed by all that love him. Charlie is preceded in death by his wife Peggy, parents, Roy and Nettie Lowe, his brothers Floyd, Melvin, Robert, and Sammie, and his sister Joyce Steel. He is survived by his son's Billy, Jeffery, Tracy, and Robin with wife, Crystal and his daughter Mary Barnett. Grandson's Ryan Lowe and David Barnett, granddaughter's Katie Lowe, Rachel & husband, Josh Holden, Heather & husband, Tommy Hunt, and Samantha Lowe. Great grandsons, Cain Crosby and Stone Lowe.
