Mr. Charles Ray Lyons, 91, of Livingston, Texas, was born April 26, 1928 in Polar, Texas to parents, Charlie M. Lyons and Bonnie (Ford) Lyons, and passed away November 9, 2019 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, and loving wife of 69 years wife, Betty Lou Lyons. During his life, Mr. Lyons proudly served his country during WWII in the United States Navy.

He is survived by his daughter, Toni Roy and husband, Larry; son, Martin Lyons and wife, Roxie; daughter, Becki Lewis; grandchildren, Leaza Greenroad Ford, Joshua Roy and wife, Stacy, Kyle Lewis and wife, Tina, Nolan Lewis, Krystal Lewis, Adam Lyons and wife, Marka, Joseph Lyons, and Jacob Lyons; and great-grandchildren, Breana Lewis, Kamryn Lewis, Antonella Lewis, Johathan Roy, Brennon Roy, and Ella Roy; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
