Mr. Charles Foster McNiel Sr., 64, of Onalaska, Texas was born September 6, 1955 in Denton, Texas to parents, Charles Clinton McNiel and Edith (Fontenot) McNiel, and passed away January 24, 2020 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Joey McNiel; and sister, Lisa White.

He is survived by his son, Charles McNiel Jr., daughter, Karen Haley and husband, D.J., son, Clinton McNiel; grandchildren, Isaac McNiel, Alexandria McNiel, Loraine McNiel, and Lila McNiel; sister, Bonnie Mayberry and husband, Jim; and brothers, Jake McNiel and Kenneth McNiel; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
