Funeral services for Charles Donald Milner, 87, of Bothell, Washington, will be Monday, April29, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at First Methodist Church in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Joel McMahon officiating. Interment will follow at Bluff Creek Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the church.

Charles was born August 31, 1935 in Fulton, Kentucky and passed away April 5, 2024 in Bothell, Washington. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arvid Lon Milner and Norma Wayne (Smith) Milner; and wife, Patricia Milner.

He is survived by his sons, Keith Acan Milner and Mehrazar of Bothell, Washington, and Glenn Douglas Milner and Cindy of Houston, Texas.
