Charles Nelson Phillips, 76, of Onalaska, Texas was born November 26, 1949, in Liberty County, Texas and passed away July 22, 2206, in Conroe, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlis Phillips and Joyce (Clark) Phillips.

Charles is survived by his wife, Annette Hudson; sister Arlla Nafegar and husband Bill; son, Clay Phillips and wife Cassie; daughter, Melissa Keys and husband Darwin; son, Brandon Phillips; grandchildren, Brandy Phillips and Violet Phillips; stepdaughter, Tina Estes and husband Chad; stepson, C.L. Hudson and wife Amy; step-grandchildren, Abby Hudson, Caleb Hudson, Kate Estes, and Ellie Estes; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and friends.
