Mr. Charles William Wallace, 71, of Livingston, Texas was born in Livingston, Texas to parents, Arthur Wallace Sr. and Altherine (DeWalt) Wallace, and passed away April 12, 2020 in Humble, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Eric O'Guinn; and brothers, Arthur Wallace Jr. and Henry Lee Wallace.

He is survived by his daughters, Lei Runnels and Kamilah Lyon; brothers, Ray Wallace and Bobby D. Wallace; sister, Laura Ann Boyd; grandchildren, Ellisha O' Guinn, Dayisa Cumbo, Destiny Brown, Tevis Victorian, Kameah Runnels, Terry Runnels, Cameron Brown, Christain Brown, Serenity Norris, and Khaleel Norris; and 1 great-grandchild; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
