Funeral services for Charles Randolph Weaver age, 73 of Livingston will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2009 in the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston at 11:00pm with Rev. Frank Hood and Rev. Royce Pennington officiating with interment to follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston.

He was born September 8, 1936 in Huntington, Texas the son of Alex Weaver, Jr. and Essie Weaver and passed away on November 14, 2009 in Livingston.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sons, Richard Caleb Hales and Charles Weaver, Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Lila Faye Weaver of Livingston, Lora Elizabeth & Johnny Bedford, daughter and son in law of Arkansas, Jay Fron & Harriett Hales, son and daughter in law of Livingston, Maxine & Richard Lafour, daughter & son in law of Livingston, Wesley Harold & Debbie Hales, son & daughter in law of Shepherd, Texas, Desiree Ann Shaw, daughter of Lufkin, Texas and Johnny Alexander & Sharon Weaver, son and daughter in law of Palestine, Texas, 13, grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and brother & sister in law, Billy & Myrle Weaver of Lufkin, Texas.
