Mr. Charles Russell Wesney, 68, of Livingston, Texas was born on November 26, 1949 in Houston, Texas to parents, John George Wesney and Shirley Evelyn (Davis) Wesney, and passed away on December 16, 2017 in The Woodlands, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Joe Wesney.

He is survived by his sons, Chris Wesney and Marshall Wesney both of Lake Charles, Louisiana; and sister, Candace Reuss of Houston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
