Mr. Charles "Bill" William Syms, 86, of Livingston, Texas was born June 4, 1934 in Charleston, West Virginia. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo Syms.

He is survived by his two sons, Tim Syms and wife, Melissa, Robert Syms and wife, Shirley; and granddaughter, Cheyenne Syms. Bill moved from Alvin, Texas in 1998 to Livingston, Texas upon his retirement from ISP Chemical Plant in Texas City.

Bill was a loving, kind-hearted man and an awesome father. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A small memorial service will be held at the Syms' Family Home, 321 Spring Creek Loop, Livingston, Texas 77351 on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
