Ms. Charlotte Ann "Shannon" Brown, 80, of Onalaska, Texas was born September 21, 1938 in El Dorado, Arkansas to parents, Lee Roy Brown and Viola (Carey) Brown, and passed away on April 21, 2019 in Onalaska, Texas. Ms. Brown taught in public schools for 34 years and retired from Livingston Independent School District in 2004. She received her Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and her Master's Degree from the University of North Texas.
