Funeral Services for Charlotte Yvonne Yates, age 59 of Onalaska, will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. Dennis Hodge officiating. Interment will be in the Conroe Memorial Cemetery in Conroe, Texas. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, July 10, 2012, from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska.

Charlotte was born on March 29, 1953, in Malvern, Arkansas to parents, Wilburn Clement Taylor and Agnes (Shempert) Taylor. She passed away on July 7, 2012, at her residence in Onalaska, Texas.

Charlotte was married to Ricky Yates, who preceded her in death, along with her parents, Wilburn and Agnes Taylor; sister, Peggy Cronk; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Aaron and Nancy Yates.

Charlotte is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Carroll Ferris of Onalaska; daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Travis Braswell of Onalaska; son, Adam Yates of Onalaska; grandchildren: Cody Hunter Ferris, Caleb Ferris, Taylor Braswell, Tori Braswell, Abbagail Braswell and Trenton Braswell; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Doris Taylor of Conroe; sister-in-law, Brenda Yates of Onalaska; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Phillip and Lori Yates of New Caney; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Larry and Patricia Yates of Baytown; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
