Obituary
A memorial service for Chris Barbee, 21, of Humble, Texas, formerly of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 4:00 PM, Saturday, August 23, 2014 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.
Chris was born on December 8, 1992 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. He graduated from Livingston High School, Class of 2011. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, William "Bill" Shamblin; great-grandfather, H.O. Withers; great-aunt, Glenda Wilson; and cousin, Beth Wolfe.
He is survived by his father and mother, Jarod Barbee and Kara of Humble, Texas; sister, Sarah Barbee of San Antonio, Texas; grandmother, Sheila Shamblin of Livingston, Texas; great-aunt and husband, Linda Rice and Ricky of Livingston, Texas; uncle, Stephen Barbee of Livingston, Texas; grandfather, Joe Barbee of Waco, Texas; cousins, Richard and Kelly Rice of Dayton, Texas, Ryan Rice of Dayton, Texas, Rusty Rice of Dayton, Texas, James Wolfe of Danbury, Texas, and Alice and Mike Moriarty of Livingston, Texas; sister, Mehgan Jones of Gulfport, Mississippi; aunts, Dawna Hacker of Waco, Texas and Devonna Heckman of Harrison, Michigan; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
