Obituary
Christola Walker Lewis, 80, of Corrigan, passed away June 11, 2008 at her home in Corrigan, Texas.
She is survived by Beverly Hunter, daughter, of Corrigan, and Fredrick Jackson, son of Livingston, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father Alex Walker, her mother Minnie Hardy Walker, her infant son Johnny, her brothers,PW Walker, Lindsey Walker, Lacey Walker, and PJ Walker, and her sisters, Creola Jackson and Rosie Hulett.
She was born December 25, 1927 in Stryker, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Joe Walker, Jr., Frank Hunter III, Thomas Roberts, Jonathan Guice, Taylor Walker and Rashad Walker.
Funeral services will be held at the Faith Temple in Corrigan with Rev. Lonnie Ray Freeman officiating, interment will follow in the Union Springs Cemetery in Corrigan, Texas
