Graveside services for Clarence Jewel Ellison Sr., 75, of Goodrich, Texas, will be held Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Robert Murphy officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, September 24, 2021, from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m., before the service, in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Ellison was born July 27, 1946 in Diboll, Texas, to parents, Clarence Quinin Ellison and Milded Adron (Thompson) Ellison, and passed away September 21, 2021 in Goodrich, Texas. He was a simple man who never met a stranger and would do anything for anyone. He loved hunting but most of he loved his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Glendon Maxine Ellison.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jewel Ellison Jr. and Shawn; daughter and son-in-law, Connie Thompson and Kyle; grandchildren, Roper Ellison and Chesney, Christopher Hodges, Kyle Thompson Jr. and Ashley, Sarah Thompson, and Emily Thompson; great-grandchildren, Riggen, Halle, Calden, and Wyatt; sisters, Laura Fay Hearren and Maxine Harvey; and brothers, Jerry Ellison Sr. and Larry Ellison; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
