Services for Clarence Dennis Mathisen, 68, of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 23, 2023 at Beech Creek Assembly of God in Livingston, Texas and will be officiated by Neal Cooper. Interment will follow at Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m., Monday, January 23rd at Beech Creek Assembly of God, prior to service.

Clarence was born October 2, 1954 in Houston, Texas to his parents, Richard Harold Mathisen and Louise Bell (McGuire) Mathisen, and passed away January 17, 2023 in Livingston. He is preceded by his parents; wife, Darlene Mathisen; and sister, Linda Collins.

He is survived by his sons, Kristopher Mathisen and wife Ivelisse of Conroe Texas and Richard Mathisen of Houston, Texas; and sisters Joan Truelove of Rockport, Texas, Carolyn Olsen of Oregon, and Debbie Cooper of League City, Texas; as well numerous other loved ones and friends.
