Funeral Services for Clarmon ""Clay"" Sumrall, age 75, of Point Blank, formerly of Houston will be held at 2:00 P. M., Thursday, December 29, 2011 in the First Baptist Church in Onalaska with Rev. Don Wilkey officiating. Interment following in the Magnolia Cemetery. Pallbearers are Rodney Richmond, Elwyn Allbritton, Gerry Lincecum, Iris Jordan, John Barnard, and Tonya Barnard. Visitation is Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

He was born December 17, 1936 in Sicily Island, Louisiana the son of Silvanus Sumrall and Sarah Nugent Sumrall and passed away December 26, 2011 in Oakhurst, Texas. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Silvanus Sumrall and Sarah Nugent Sumrall, Wife, Carmen Escalon Sumrall, Son, Corky Sumrall, Sisters, Irene Allbritton, and Lillie Mae Deville.

Clay is survived by his Daughter and Son-In-Law, Carmen and Casey Anderson of Sealy, Brother and Sister-In-Law, James and Wanda Sumrall of Tullos, Louisiana, Sister, Lottie Jordan of Urania, Louisiana, Sister and Brother-In-Law, Evelyn and Laney Lincecum of Tullos, Louisiana, Grandchildren, Alan Anderson, Karsen Anderson, Hagen Anderson, and Isabella Anderson. Numerous Other Relatives and Friends also survive.
