We never knew Claude to say a mean word about anyone.....we never heard anyone say a mean word about him...there aren''t many of whom this would be true. That it is true of Claude is a tribute to his great and kindly spirit and his pure zest for life.

To everyone he was something wonderful. He had a twinkle in his eye that revealed the simple kindness in his heart. His love and example made it easy to believe in God. Faithful friend, father, husband or grandfather we all wanted to be just like him. a steadfast servant and volunteer, a difference maker. He thought of himself as nothing more than an ordinary man but his honesty and character changed us forever.

By his work, everyone knew him. We could see things as they should be through his plans and dreams. And God will surely say well done, good and faithful servant.
