Funeral services for Clifford Gene Hinze, 74, of Goodrich, Texas, will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Steve Waldrep officiating. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2020 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Hinze was born October 19, 1945 in Houston, Texas to parents, Ben Hinze and Veronica (Hruzek) Hinze, and passed away February 26, 2020 in Goodrich, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Charolette Hinze. During his life, Mr. Hinze proudly served his country in the United States Army.

He is survived by his son, Clifford Hinze Jr. of Goodrich; daughter, Monica Norris and husband, Justin of Goodrich; son, Michael Hinnant of Dallas; son, David Smith and wife, Kathy of Stephenville; grandchildren, Courtney, Kristi, Brendon, Briana, Leland, David, Kim, Michael, and Charolette; and great-grandchildren, Braylynn, Wesley, and Owen; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
