Funeral services for Clifton Kimbro Battise, 81, of Livingston, Texas will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., at the Livingston Gospel Assembly Church in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Leslie Morisette officiating. Interment will follow at the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the church.

Clifton was born March 9, 1944 in Woodville, Texas and passed away June 30, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Rise Battise and Helen Poncho; and brother, Darrell Battise.

He is survived by his sons, Ken Battise, Kerwin Battise, and Roddy Battise, all of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Bonnie Rodriguez of Livingston, Texas; granddaughter, Sabrina Vallejo and Juan of Livingston, Texas; grandson, Anthony Rodriguez of College Station, Texas; great granddaughters, Elliot Vallejo and Ezra Vallejo; sister, Olivia Williams and Harvey of Livingston, Texas; and brother, Claude Battise of Houston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Juan Vallejo, Miguel Rodriguez, Caleb Wilson, David Battise, Justin Poncho, and Sheldon Thompson.
