Clyde "George" Weisheit, 87, was born on April 2, 1934, in Otwell, Indiana.  Clyde passed away at home on Sunday July 4 ^th , 2021.  He is survived by his wife Letha Weisheit of Livingston, Texas.

George was born to Edgar and Carrie Weisheit on a small farm in Indiana. George was raised on the farm with his parents and two brothers. He graduated high school and enlisted in the US Air Force.

George was honorably discharged from US Air Force in December of 1962 where he served 9 years of service as an Airman Second Class. Dad was a mason for 40+ years and served as commander of the local American Legion Post 312 in Livingston.

George lived in Livingston, Texas with his wife, Letha, of 21 years.  He is also survived by his children, Eddie Weisheit, Conroe, TX; Mark Weisheit of New Caney, and Terry and son in-law Ken Pfeil of Spring, Tx; stepsons Michael Theus of Baytown and Joey Theus of Livingston and stepdaughter Kelley Collins of Hendersonville, NC. He is also survived by combined 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

George is preceded in death by his parents Edgar and Carrie Weisheit, brothers Lenas and Cletus Weisheit, daughter Cindy Weisheit Simmons, stepson Jason Ross, grandchildren Kyle White Weisheit and Brandi Weisheit.

George passed away in his sleep at home on Sunday morning.

Viewing will be held at Cochran Funeral home, on Thursday July 8 ^th , 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and the graveside service at Brookside (Dignity) in Houston at 2:00 p.m.
