Graveside services for Collis Coy "Rusty" Placker, 94, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Harold Isaacs officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 30, 2021, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Collis Coy "Rusty" Placker was born March 27, 1927 in Batson, Texas to parents, Tom Ray Placker and Maggie Lee (Cain) Placker, and passed away November 25, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his wife. "Rusty" was a longtime member of the Bethel Baptist Church.

"Rusty" is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Collis Placker and Daphene of Livingston, Texas, Dennis Placker and Kim of Phoenix, Arizona, Billy Placker and Teresa of Livingston, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
